New Community Partner - MindThrive Coaching

New Community Partner - MindThrive Coaching

Why I'm Supporting The Late Discovered Club

When I read Catherine’s book, Rediscovered, I saw so many echoes of my own story: late diagnosis, masking, burnout, and the long, quiet journey of trying to get it right without ever understanding why it all felt so hard.

The stories in the book felt like home.

The podcast and the community that Catherine and Caty have built around those stories are equally powerful. Their work creates space for reflection, connection, and honesty that so many of us didn’t have previously.

I love what The Late Discovered Club offers.

It feels real, grounded, and genuinely supportive in a world that so often misunderstands neurodivergent experiences. As someone who came to understand I am AuDHD (Autism + ADHD) later in life, it has been deeply meaningful to find spaces that reflect my experience and celebrate others like me.

I’m proud to support LDC as a Community Partner because their values resonate deeply with mine.

Like LDC, I see neurodivergence as a difference, not a deficit. We bring incredible strengths: creativity, insight, focus, empathy. But we also deserve support, community, and environments where we can show up fully and succeed on our own terms.

About My Business / Work

MindThrive Coaching was born out of my own late-diagnosis journey. After more than two decades in high-pressure executive HR roles, leading global teams, solving complex problems, and building systems for others to thrive, I hit a wall.

Burnout and perimenopause stripped away what I had been holding together for so long. When I was diagnosed with AuDHD, everything finally made sense. That diagnosis marked both an end and a beginning.

I created MindThrive Coaching to support others navigating similar paths. I work with neurodivergent adults, many of whom are late or self-diagnosed, who want to feel more aligned with who they are, less overwhelmed, and more fully themselves.

I also consult with organizations to help them shift from awareness to action by evolving their hiring, onboarding, performance, and development systems to be more neuroinclusive.

MindThrive Coaching is built on a foundation of lived experience and deep workplace insight.

My coaching is future-focused, collaborative, and designed to help clients identify their strengths, reduce burnout, and create new ways of working and living that feel sustainable and honor how their brains work best.

About Me

I'm Cassandra Jones and I live in the United States, in the beautiful state of Maine, known for its rocky coastline and a slower pace that invites reflection. I’m a lifelong book lover who finds joy in reading across genres, browsing flea markets and thrift shops, and spending time with my husband, our three kids, and our dogs and cats.

Professionally, I’m a certified Executive Coach and Neurodivergence Life Coach with 25+ years of leadership experience in corporate HR, where I guided teams, supported executives, and built systems to help people grow and succeed.

I also hold certifications in emotional intelligence assessments through EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, which help clients build greater self-awareness, improve communication, and navigate relationships more effectively.

I spent much of my life trying to do it all until I couldn’t. My late diagnosis helped me stop blaming myself, start understanding my brain, and rebuild from a place of clarity. Now, I help others do the same.

I work with neurodivergent adults who are tired of burning out, masking, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Through coaching, I help them reconnect with their strengths, clarify what matters most, and move from constant over-adapting to more sustainable, aligned ways of living and working - without having to push themselves past their limits.

Our collective stories have the power to bring about change.
